From BMS’s beginning, surveying has been the core service of the company. Its founding principal, Dale Mattingly, is a Registered Arizona Land Surveyor with 25 years of surveying experience. Dale has performed many different types and sizes of surveys. From simple elevation certifications to 4500 acre ALTA surveys. Having started his surveying career during the evolution and introduction of electronic distance meters Dale has operated many different types of surveying equipment. With 15 years of construction staking experience construction job sites are no stranger to this Arizona land surveyor.
Our technology is not limited to field equipment, with over 10 years of drafting back ground and over 25 years surveying experience our office personnel are more then capable of providing accurate results in a timely manor.
BMS utilizes current versions of CAD and GPS processing software for the majority of mapping production. This software integrated with field procedures enables BMS to map more efficiently than traditional methods.
