From BMS’s beginning, surveying has been the core service of the company. Its founding principal, Dale Mattingly, is a Registered Arizona Land Surveyor with 26 years of surveying experience. Dale has performed many different types and sizes of surveys. From simple elevation certifications to 4500 acre ALTA surveys. Having started his surveying career during the evolution and introduction of electronic distance meters Dale has operated many different types of surveying equipment.
